TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" means the ReadyMail source code, documentation, and associated files.
   "Commercial Use" means any use of the Software, including modified versions, intended
   for or resulting in commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
   "Non-Commercial Use" means personal, educational, research, or open-source use where
   no commercial advantage or monetary compensation is involved.

2. NON-COMMERCIAL USE — FREE OF CHARGE

   Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this Software
   to use, copy, modify, merge, and distribute the Software or modified versions thereof,
   subject to the following conditions:

   a) This license notice and copyright must be included in all copies or substantial
      portions of the Software.
   b) The Software or any modified version may not be used for Commercial Use without
      a valid Commercial License (see Section 3).

3. COMMERCIAL USE — LICENSE REQUIRED

   Any Commercial Use of this Software, including modified or derived versions, requires
   a Commercial License obtained by sponsoring the author via GitHub Sponsors:

   A one-time payment of USD 25 grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable
   Commercial License for a single organization or individual to use the Software in
   commercial products or services.

4. RESTRICTIONS

   a) You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer the Commercial License to any third party.
   b) Modified versions distributed publicly must retain this license and may not be
      relicensed under terms that permit Commercial Use without a valid Commercial License.
   c) Use of the Software in a commercial product without a valid Commercial License
      constitutes copyright infringement.

5. DISCLAIMER

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
