## Why EasyIO? (Hardware Safety)

The PCF8574/PCF8575 chips use quasi-bidirectional I/O pins. Incorrectly writing to input pins or misconfiguring output states can cause internal pin contention and potentially burn the integrated circuit.

`EasyIO` prevents hardware damage by:
- **Automatic Masking:** Always enforcing input pins to `HIGH` state (1) during writes to ensure they remain floating and ready for external grounding (buttons/sensors).
- **Active-LOW Logic Protection:** Managing output states correctly so relay drivers never create short circuits on the expander pins.
